Can art save us?
Art cannot directly save us but it provides a deeper form of communication between us than the spoken word. It can inspire purpose and connection from one generation to another.
Tim Rollinson is a jazz guitarist who has been described as soulful and eclectic. He is best known as a founder member of the successful 90’s jazz/funk band Dig.
Tim has also played with rock bands such as ‘The Black-Eyed Susans’ and Louis Tillett’s ‘Ego Trippers from Hell’, as well as jazz vocalists Vince Jones and Lily Dior.
Tim has performed at many festivals both Internationally and back home in Australia. He has released seven albums of original compositions including four under his own name and three jazz/electronica releases as ‘The Modern Congress’.
Tim has also composed soundtracks for short films, TV and two feature films.
