Sydney-based multidisciplinary artist MUNGMUNG translates her bold aesthetic, powerful vocals and infectious live energy on screen with director and filmmaker Will Suen. The son of rural Chinese restaurant owners, Suen's most prize possessions were bootleg Cantonese films on VHS. His works have shown internationally at the likes of Brooklyn Film Festival, Aesthetica Film Festival and more, now capturing MUNGMUNG’s performance of “BBE” for the series.
