Hana Stretton is an ambient-folk songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist, known for her tender production style and uniquely spacious song form.

Her self-released, debut album Soon (2023) took form amongst the fires and floods of the Australian bush, recorded alone on her recently passed grandmother’s farm in rural New South Wales. Catching the attention of Phil Elverum (Mount Eerie), Soon was later reissued in 2024 via Elverum’s own label P.W Elverum & Sun, who described the project as capturing the “deep flourishing sound of a quiet listening mind in full blossom.”

Hana returns in 2026 with tiarn, a multi-dimensional album which looks to the endless shores and isolation of New South Wales' South Coast. Crystallised over another period of solitary recording on the edge of the Pacific Ocean, tiarn is a texturally deep exploration of ecological grief and connection which sees Hana deepen her craft – presenting her “most clearly defined songs yet without sacrificing the impressionistic glow of her past work.” (Pitchfork).

Hana has toured with Jessica Pratt, Mount Eerie and Julie Byrne, as well as selling out London’s Royal Albert Hall Elgar Room, and appearing at festivals such as Haldern Pop and Sound of Bronkow (Germany).

  • All performances at Phoenix Central Park are free.

  • Phoenix Central Park is an intimate performance space and tickets are limited. Due to high demand, tickets will be issued at random to those who have entered each ticket ballot. Each performance has a separate ballot, so if you would like to attend multiple performances, you will need to enter each ballot separately.

    We advise you to listen to the artist you are entering the ballot for, and consider which shows you’d really like to attend. Entering more ballots does not increase your chances of attending.

    Please only enter our ballots with your own details - if we catch you using false details, you won’t have any luck. We reserve the right to cancel any tickets we believe are obtained through false information at any time.

  • If you are successful you will receive an email up to ten days prior to the performance with instructions on how to claim your tickets.
