Sydney producer, beatmaker and multi-instrumentalist Jonti presents a special preview from his forthcoming record 'The Moonblades’. An earworm from start to finish, "Fight Myself" emerged from a jam session with close friend, collaborator and synthesiser virtuoso thedieyoungs aka Ben Freeman, who improvised the irresistible riff that would later become the foundation of the track. First appearing in the Flying Lotus-curated Brainfeeder Records livestream series The Hit, “Fight Myself” was borne from a flourishing friendship between two Sydney music mainstays whose fingerprints can be found across a multiplicity of Australian bands, jam sessions and artistic projects. We are thrilled to present this exciting taste of Jonti’s newest body of work, Live at Phoenix.
